Coverage
We deliver to every district in Sri Lanka through our courier partners.
Cost
- Standard island-wide delivery: Rs 350.
- Free delivery on every order over Rs 10,000.
Timing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day are processed the same day. Typical delivery is 2–4 working days — for an order placed now, that is around Tue, 22 Sep – Thu, 24 Sep. We dispatch from Eheliyagoda, so Eheliyagoda, Avissawella and Ratnapura are usually fastest; the far north and east may take an extra day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed, and a call or message from the courier before delivery. If you need an update at any point, message us on +94 70 627 2727 with your order number.
Cash on Delivery
Please have the exact amount ready. The courier will wait while you check that the parcel is the right item and undamaged. If it is wrong or damaged, you may refuse the parcel at the door at no cost to you.
Missed deliveries
The courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail and we cannot reach you, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
