What is Smart Pay and why is it cheaper?
Smart Pay lets you pay securely online through PayHere using your card or bank. Because online orders are confirmed instantly and reduce failed deliveries, we pass the savings to you with a lower Smart Pay price on every product.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. You can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout and pay in cash when your order arrives. COD is available island-wide across Sri Lanka.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Colombo are usually delivered within 1–2 working days. Other areas across the island typically take 2–4 working days. You'll receive updates as your order is processed and dispatched.
Is online payment secure?
Absolutely. All Smart Pay transactions are processed by PayHere, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card details, and every payment is verified server-to-server before your order is confirmed.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order you'll receive your order number on the confirmation page. For updates, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and our team will help you right away.
